1. acceptance of terms by downloading, installing, or using combat maxxing AI ("combat max"), you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. description of service

   combat max is an ai-powered combat sports analysis tool. users upload fight or training videos, and the app provides ai-generated performance ratings and feedback. results are for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only.

3. subscriptions

   combat max requires an active subscription to use. we offer auto-renewable subscriptions:

• weekly: $8.99/week
• annual: $45.99/year

payment is charged to your apple id account at confirmation of purchase. subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at

least 24 hours before the end of the current period. you can manage and cancel subscriptions in settings > apple id > subscriptions.

1. user content

   you retain ownership of all videos you upload. by using the app, you grant combat max a limited license to process your videos solely for the purpose of providing analysis. videos are compressed, sent to our server for processing, and deleted after

   analysis.

2. ai analysis disclaimer all scores, stats, and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence. they are approximations and should not be taken as professional coaching, medical, or training advice. combat max is not responsible for any training decisions, injuries, or

   outcomes based on ai analysis.

3. acceptable use you agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• use the app for any purpose other than personal combat sports analysis
• abuse the service by excessive or automated requests

1. limitation of liability combat max is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the app or reliance on ai-generated analysis.

2. termination

   we reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

3. changes to terms

   we may update these terms at any time. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
