Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceCal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

VoiceCal is a voice-powered calorie and nutrition tracking application. The App uses speech recognition and AI to log meals and provide nutritional estimates. These estimates are approximate and should not be used as medical or dietary advice.

Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VoiceCal. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

VoiceCal offers auto-renewing subscription plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

Free Trial

VoiceCal may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.

User Content

You retain ownership of all data you input into the App, including voice recordings and meal logs. We process voice data solely to provide the meal-logging service. Voice recordings are not stored after processing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutritional information and calorie estimates are approximate and may not be accurate. VoiceCal is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceCal and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
