Welcome to MindLock ("we", "our", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using MindLock, you agree

to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

MindLock is a wellness app that helps you build a daily meditation habit by locking selected apps on your device until you complete a meditation session. The app uses Apple's Screen Time framework to manage app restrictions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MindLock. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1. Subscriptions and Payment

• MindLock requires a paid subscription to access the app.
• Available plans:
  • Weekly: $4.99 per week, billed weekly.
  • Yearly: $29.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

1. Free Trial

• The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged $29.99 for the first year.
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is available once per Apple ID.
