Acceptable Use**You agree not to use Picha AI to create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others, including using another person's likeness without consent. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate.**## 4. Your Content**You retain ownership of the images you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are solely responsible for how you use and share generated images.**## 5. Reporting & Moderation**We do not tolerate objectionable content. You can report any generated image using the Report button on the result screen, and we will review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.**## 6. Subscriptions & Billing**Picha AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.**## 7. Disclaimer**Picha AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose.**## 8. They are not stored on our servers after a result is returned. Deleting a creation or clearing the app removes it from your device.**## 4. Device Identifier**We generate a random, anonymous device identifier to enforce daily usage limits. It is not linked to your identity and is cleared if you uninstall the app.**## 5. Facial Images**Some tools, such as Baby Predictor, ask you to choose photos that may contain faces. The face data we process is the user-selected photo itself and visible facial features in that photo. We do not collect face geometry, faceprints, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or identity verification data.**## 6. Face Data Use, Sharing & Retention**Face data is not retained.**** We use uploaded face photos only to generate the image result you request, such as an AI-imagined Baby Predictor result or a 4K-enhanced photo. To do this we send the photo to our server and on to our third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Google) for that single generation request, because the image generation runs on their models. We do not use face data to identify, authenticate, or track users, and we do not use it to train our own models or build profiles. ****We do not store face data on our servers:**** each photo is processed in memory only for the duration of the request and is discarded as soon as the result is returned — it is never stored beyond that request, and never stored indefinitely. Generated images are saved only on your device unless you delete them. Only upload photos of yourself or people who have consented.**## 7.
